The Truly Endless Transmission Belts have carcass made from polyester with Neoprene coating on both sides. Belt thickness is 1.4mm, and it is available up to a length of 400 - 4800mm available ex stock. These belts exhibit precise tracking, high durability and low noise and low vibration levels-even when flexing frequently on reverse bends and when used at high rotary speeds.
Truly Endless Belts are the ideal solution when the belts are required to turn through 900 and the rotary axes are non-parallel or on cross belt drives/half-cross belt drives if the direction of rotation of the pulley changes. On multi-shaft drives, with several power take offs, Truly Endless Transmission Belts have long service life even when the frequency of belt flexing is high. These belts have very good life on light-duty drives up to 2.5kw, medium-duty drives up to 15kw and on heavy duty drives up to 15kw.
